本发明提供了一种装配式预制混凝土路面板组件、路面构造及其施工方法。其中,路面板组件包括预制混凝土路面A板以及预制混凝土路面B板。本发明通过在相邻的路面板侧面设置企口和预埋螺栓,通过紧固螺母实现连接,施工快捷,通过向路面板板底灌浆实现路面板与基层间的紧密贴合,通过向路面板间的接缝处灌浆保证接缝处的连接要求,从而保证预制混凝土路面构造在各个方向的结构性能。可见,本发明克服了现有技术中装配式预制混凝土路面板的板间连接工艺复杂、效果差以及装配式预制混凝土路面板与基层间无法紧密贴合的技术问题,本发明可实现大面积、多工段同时施工,同时对基层平整度的要求进一步降低,大幅度提高施工质量和施工效率。
