The invention provides a modular intelligent pontoon bridge device and a pontoon bridge building method. The device comprises a vehicle body, bridge plates and a control room, and the bridge plates are arranged to be stored above the vehicle body in a folded state and symmetrically and flatly laid on the two sides of the vehicle body in an unfolded state; the vehicle body is connected with the bridge plate through an electric cylinder, the bridge plate is in a folded state in response to contraction of the electric cylinder, and the bridge plate is in an unfolded state in response to extension of the electric cylinder; a control unit, a sensing unit, a positioning unit and a communication unit are arranged in the control chamber, and on one hand, the control unit is used for receiving a pontoon bridge building scheme through the communication unit; and on the other hand, a control instruction for driving the crawler belt to act and a control instruction for driving the electric cylinder to act are generated by integrating the environment data collected by the sensing unit and the position data collected by the positioning unit. According to the invention, the modular design is adopted on the whole, so that good interchangeability and universality are achieved, and quick erection, disassembly and quick replacement are facilitated.
本发明提供一种模块化智能舟桥装置及舟桥搭建方法,装置包括车体、桥板以及控制室,所述桥板被设置为在折叠状态下收置于所述车体上方、在展开状态下对称平铺于所述车体两侧;所述车体与桥板通过电动缸连接,所述桥板响应于电动缸的收缩处于折叠状态,所述桥板响应于电动缸的伸长处于展开状态;所述控制室内设置有控制单元、传感单元、定位单元以及通信单元,所述控制单元一方面用于通过通信单元接收舟桥搭建方案,另一方面用于综合传感单元采集的环境数据以及定位单元采集的位置数据生成驱动履带动作的控制指令以及驱动电动缸动作的控制指令。本发明整体采用模块化设计,使其具有较好的互换性和通用性,便于快速架设、拆解、快速更换。
