Grouting method for strong weathered geological section
The invention provides a grouting method for a strong weathered geological section. The grouting method comprises the following specific steps that 1, a drill bit of a drilling machine is sleeved with a steel sleeve to form a drilling assembly, the drilling assembly is made to drill into a strong weathered crushed zone from a soil layer, and drilling is conducted at a time till the designed depth of a grouting hole is reached; 2, after drilling is completed, the drill bit is taken out of the steel sleeve, and a steel grouting pipe is put down along the steel sleeve till the designed depth of the grouting hole is reached; and 3, after the steel sleeve is pulled out by a certain distance, grouting is conducted on the strong weathered geological section corresponding to the pulling-out length through the grouting pipe, after grouting is completed, the grouting pipe and the steel sleeve are pulled out by a certain distance, grouting is conducted on the strong weathered geological section corresponding to the pulling-out length through the grouting pipe again, and the steps are repeated till grouting of all current grouting holes is completed. According to the grouting method for the strong weathered geological section, the situation that the grouting pipe is difficult to pull out due to the fact that the hole collapse range is too long is effectively avoided in the mode that the steel sleeve and the grouting pipe are alternately lifted; and the water stopping effect of a curtain is improved by accurately controlling the grouting pressure of different depths.
本发明提供一种强风化地质区段注浆方法,具体步骤如下:步骤一:在钻机的钻头外套设钢套管形成钻孔组件,使钻孔组件自土层钻入强风化破碎带,一次性钻孔至注浆孔的设计深度;步骤二:钻孔完成后,从钢套管内取出钻头,沿钢套管下放钢注浆管至注浆孔的设计深度;步骤三:将钢套管抽出一定距离后,通过注浆管对抽出长度对应的强风化地质区进行注浆,注浆完成后,将注浆管和钢套管抽出一段距离,再次通过注浆管对抽出长度对应的强风化地质区进行注浆,如此往复,直到当前注浆孔全部注浆完毕。本发明通过交替提升钢套管和注浆管的方式有效避免了塌孔范围过长导致注浆管难以拔出的情况;通过对不同深度的注浆压力的精确控制,提高了帷幕的止水效果。
