The invention discloses a method for installing an anchor bolt assembly of an offshore wind turbine generator. The method comprises the steps that positioning anchor bolt assemblies and common anchor bolt assemblies are prepared; an anchor bolt cage construction supporting platform is prepared on land, lower anchor plates are installed, and the installed lower anchor plates are placed on the anchor bolt cage construction supporting platform through a crane; upper anchor plates are installed, the installed upper anchor plates are hoisted to the position over the lower anchor plates through the crane, and then the positioning anchor bolt assemblies are installed; the common anchor bolt assemblies are installed; and the installed anchor bolt cage is adjusted; the adjusted anchor bolt cage is hoisted to a ship, the anchor bolt cage is conveyed to an offshore machine position point of an offshore wind turbine foundation platform, supporting assemblies are installed on the lower anchor plates, then the anchor bolt cage is placed on embedded parts on the offshore wind turbine foundation platform, and the anchor bolt cage is fixed through the supporting assemblies; the embedded parts are arranged on the offshore wind turbine foundation platform in advance; and the anchor bolt cage is adjusted and fixed again. According to the method, the work intensity of constructors can be reduced, and the installation and construction efficiency of the anchor bolt assemblies is improved.
