The invention relates to an excavator forearm and an excavator comprising the same. The excavator forearm comprises a forearm body, wherein a cavity is formed in the forearm body, and a hole communicating with the cavity in the forearm body is formed in the tail of the forearm body; a supporting pipe, wherein the front end of the supporting pipe enters the cavity in the frontarm body through the hole formed in the tail of the forearm body, and the outer side of the supporting pipe is connected with the forearm body; a rear arm body which comprises a rear arm and a counter weight, wherein the counter weight is arranged at the rear part of the rear arm, and the supporting pipe and the rear arm are arranged in a sleeving mode; and a telescopic cylinder, wherein one end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the forearm body, and the other end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the rear arm body. The excavator forearm and the excavator comprising the same are compact and reasonable in structure, low in manufacturing cost and easy to implement.
