The invention relates to pipeline maintenance equipment, in particular to a sewer pipeline inner wall maintenance device based on remote control of the Internet of Things. The sewer pipeline inner wall maintenance device comprises a fixed support and a movable support which are elastically connected through an elastic telescopic structure, and walking wheels used for being in rolling fit with the inner wall of the sewer pipeline are rotationally installed at the four corners of the movable support and the four corners of the fixed support; a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the inner wall of the sewer pipeline is arranged between the fixed support and the movable support, a driving structure is installed on the fixed support, the driving structure is separately connected with the cleaning mechanism and one pair of the walking wheels through a transmission assembly, and detection equipment is installed on the transmission assembly; the driving structure works to drive the transmission assembly to work, the transmission assembly drives one pair of the walking wheels to rotate, then the whole device is driven to move in the sewer pipeline, the effect of mobile detection is achieved, meanwhile, the transmission assembly is used for driving the cleaning mechanism to act to conduct all-directional cleaning on the inner wall of the pipeline, and attachments adhering to the inner wall of the pipeline are removed, therefore, detection accuracy is improved.
