The invention discloses an anti-blocking device for a garden drainage system which comprises a shell; a rainwater grate is placed at the upper side of the shell; a first funnel is fixedly installed at the lower side of the rainwater grate; a connecting shaft is rotationally connected with the interior of the shell; a first chain wheel is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting shaft; a first transmission roller and a second transmission roller are rotationally connected in the shell; a second chain wheel is fixedly connected with one end of the first transmission roller; the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel are in transmission connection through a chain; a filter screen is in transmission connection between the first transmission roller and the second transmission roller; and a scraper is fixedly installed in the shell. According to the anti-blocking device for the garden drainage system, the conveyor belt type filter screen is arranged in the shell, impurities such as soil blocks or fallen leaves are retained on the filter screen and are converted into power for driving the filter screen to move through the falling gravity of rainwater, and then the soil blocks or the fallen leaves accumulated on the surface of the filter screen are scraped into a impurity collecting box through the scraper, so that the surface of the filter screen is cleaned in time, and the drainage system is prevented from being blocked.
