The invention provides a secondary drainage device capable of being additionally mounted and fixed on the side surface of a floor drain downpipe. The secondary drainage device comprises a drainage main body, a binding belt, a positioning head, an inserting opening and a filtering block, and is characterized in that the drainage main body is crescent-shaped; a drainage main body inner wall and a drainage main body outer wall are arranged inside and outside the drainage main body respectively; a binding belt limiting groove is formed in the drainage main body outer wall; an inner cavity is formed in the drainage main body inner wall; a plurality of through holes penetrate through the inner cavity from the upper surface of the drainage main body to the lower surface of the drainage main body; an upper flow guide groove is formed in the upper surface of the drainage main body; a lower flow guide groove is formed in the lower surface of the drainage main body; inverted teeth are arranged on one surface of the binding belt; a plug is arranged at one end of the binding belt and the positioning head is arranged at the other end of the binding belt; the inserting opening is formed in the positioning head; an inverted hook is arranged in the inserting opening; an inverted hook pulling block is arranged on the inverted hook; and a filtering block groove is formed in one surface of the filtering block. The secondary drainage device is particularly suitable for being additionally arranged in a toilet without a secondary drainage pipeline to be used for secondary drainage modification.
