The top waterproof structure comprises a waterproof structure body arranged on the top of the gypsum ceiling board, wherein the waterproof structure body comprises a waterproof base layer; the four corners of the waterproof base layer are fixedly installed on the ceiling board through suspension rods respectively; a movable waterproof layer is arranged on the top of the waterproof base layer; the two sides of one end of the movable waterproof layer are each connected with an elastic belt; the other end of each elastic belt is connected with a fixing ring; one end of each fixing ring is fixedly arranged on the corresponding suspension rod in a sleeving mode; a through groove is formed in the side, away from the elastic belts, of the waterproof base layer; one end of the movable waterproof layer penetrates through the through groove and extends out of the bottom of the waterproof base layer; and a water collecting box is arranged at the extending end of the movable waterproof layer. The waterproof structure can be used for long-time waterproofing, the problem of local water leakage caused by aging can be effectively avoided, and the service life of the waterproof structure is prolonged.
