According to the light sound absorption and insulation board, the sound absorption layers are additionally arranged on the two sides of the inner sound insulation layer and the outer sound insulation layer which clamp the air layer to achieve light weight and high sound insulation amount, the inner sound insulation layer and the outer sound insulation layer are fixed through the studs or the supports to improve rigidity and pressure resistance of the light sound absorption and insulation board, and the light sound absorption and insulation board has the remarkable advantages of being high in sound insulation amount, light in weight, simple in structure and low in cost.
