本发明公开了一种砌体填充墙构造柱免支模施工方法、预制模块及模具,施工时制作空心预制模块,预制模块中设有钢丝网,通过4根圆钢筋构成的钢筋固定件固定,绑扎钢筋后再进行砌筑作业;砌块砌筑前立好皮数杆,先进行构造柱U型空心预制模块的砌筑,然后进行两侧砌块砌筑,空心预制模块采用马牙槎砌筑;砌筑方法采用三一砌砖法,砌筑砂浆强度不得低于M7.5,采用分段流水砌筑施工,浇筑混凝土前洒水润湿空心预制模块内侧,浇筑构造柱细石混凝土。本发明随砌体砌块一同施工构造柱,可提早插入抹灰等后续工序,可有效节约工期,加快工程进度,降低施工成本;成型构造柱表面无蜂窝、麻面、孔洞等,与砌体模数、宽度贴合,无漏浆、胀模等混凝土质量问题。
