The invention discloses a construction method of a cavity floor with a pipe ditch. The construction method comprises the following steps that according to a traditional cavity floor construction method, formwork erecting, frame beam binding and multi-ribbed beams are conducted firstly, then the pipe ditch and a cavity component are placed between the multi-ribbed beams, and then concrete is poured for curing forming; and the pipe ditch is formed by connecting a plurality of pipe bodies and connecting pipe fittings, and an inspection opening, a connecting opening and a junction box are arranged on one outer wall of each pipe body or each connecting pipe fitting. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the construction method can be matched with a traditional cavity floor and an assembled cavity floor or wallboard for construction, the problem that a floor or wallboard pipeline is not suitable for concealed installation is solved, and the problem that an air pipe is suspended below a main beam and a secondary beam, and consequently the building space is wasted can further be solved; and construction is easy and convenient, flexibility and diversity are achieved, overhauling is convenient, and the application range is wide.
本发明公开了一种带管沟空腔楼板的施工方法,其施工方法如下:按照传统的空腔楼盖施工方法先支模、绑扎框架梁、密肋梁,然后将管沟及空腔构件放置于密肋梁间,然后浇筑混凝土养护成型;管沟由多个管身和连接管件连接而成管身或连接管件的一个外壁上设置有检视口、连接口、接线盒;其有益效果在于,本发明可与传统空腔楼板及装配式的空腔楼板或墙板配套施工,解决了楼板或墙板管线不宜暗装的问题,还可以解决风管悬吊于主次梁之下浪费建筑空间的问题。施工简便,灵活多样,检修便利,适用面广。
