The invention discloses a folding door and window sun-shading structure. The structure comprises an externally-hung storage box, sunshade cloth and a supporting rod assembly. The externally-hung storage box is installed on the outer surface of a wall and located above a door and window frame. A rotating shaft is horizontally arranged in the externally-hung storage box; the sunshade cloth is wound on the rotating shaft; the front edge of the sunshade cloth penetrates through an opening and is fixedly connected with the supporting rod assembly; the supporting rod assembly comprises two sets of electric push rods and a horizontal supporting rod; the two electric push rods are arranged at the two sides of the door and window frame correspondingly; the bottoms of the electric push rods are movably connected with the outer surface of the wall; the upper ends of the two electric push rods are hinged to the two ends of the horizontal supporting rod correspondingly; and the horizontal supporting rod is fixedly connected with the front edge of the sunshade cloth. The folding door and window sun-shading structure has the advantages that automatic adjustment of the structure of the supporting rod assembly is achieved through the designed electric push rods, so that sunshade cloth sample twisting is achieved, the problem of oblique illumination is solved to a certain degree, and meanwhile overall lighting is greatly improved.
