The invention relates to an internal anchoring type building heat preservation integrated plate which is high in strength, good in heat preservation effect, light in weight and convenient to construct. The internal anchoring type building heat preservation integrated plate is composed of a structural layer, a vacuum heat insulation panel, a facing layer and preformed holes. The facing layer is bonded and fixed with the vacuum insulation panel through a bonding agent; the structural layer covers the vacuum insulation panel; the preformed holes penetrate through the vacuum insulation panel and the structural layer; the structural layer is one of foamed cement, foamed polyurethane, a carbon/polystyrene board and polystyrene particles/gypsum; and the facing layer is a decorative layer made of an organic polymer or a mixture of the organic polymer and inorganic powder. When the integrated plate is installed, the integrated plate is fixedly connected with external bolts through the preformed holes, and installation is stable and reliable; the vacuum insulation panel is coated with the structural layer, so that the size stability, the impact resistance and the crack resistance of the vacuum insulation panel are obviously improved; and the adopted structural layer is one of the foamed cement, the foamed polyurethane, the carbon/polystyrene board and the polystyrene particles/gypsum, and has the effects of good heat preservation effect and light weight.
本发明涉及一种强度高、保温效果好、轻质且施工方便的内锚固式建筑保温一体化板。由结构层、真空绝热板、饰面层、预留孔组成；饰面层通过粘接剂与真空绝热板粘接固定；所述结构层包覆真空绝热板；预留孔贯穿真空绝热板和结构层；结构层为发泡水泥、发泡聚氨酯、碳/聚苯板、聚苯颗粒/石膏之一；所述饰面层为装饰层为有机聚合物、或有机聚合物与无机粉体混合物。本发明的一体化板，安装时通过预留孔与外置螺栓固定连接，安装稳定、可靠；在真空绝热板外包覆结构层，显著提高了这真空绝热板的尺寸稳定性、抗冲击性同抗裂性能；采用的结构层为发泡水泥、发泡聚氨酯、碳/聚苯板、聚苯颗粒/石膏之一，具有保温效果好、轻质的效果。
