One end of an I-shaped steel beam is fixed to the predetermined height position of a building outer wall, and the other end of the I-shaped steel beam extends out of an outdoor side cantilever in the horizontal direction; two notches of the I-shaped steel beam are formed in the up-down direction correspondingly, and an FRP hollow web plate is inserted and fixed between the notches of the two I-shaped steel beams at the adjacent height positions; and rock wool layers are pasted on the two sides of the FRP hollow web plate and the two sides of the I-shaped steel beam to meet the related requirements of the fire protection standard. The light and high-strength FRP hollow web plate is adopted as a main structural material and covered with the rock wool layers with the fire protection and heat preservation functions, and an integrated decorative fire protection partition wall or decorative partition wall is formed. The composite partition plate is integrated in a factory mode and simply mounted on site, the building function can be met, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the assembled FRP composite partition plate is a beneficial supplement of an assembled building.
