The three-section opposite-pulling device comprises a first rod piece, second rod pieces, connecting pieces and fastening pieces, the first rod piece and the second rod pieces are detachably connected through the connecting pieces, and the fastening pieces are detachably connected with the second rod pieces; and the three-section opposite-pulling device further comprises elastic isolation sleeves, the elastic isolation sleeves are located between the fastening pieces and the connecting pieces, the second rod pieces are sleeved with the elastic isolation sleeves, and the elastic isolation sleeves are used for being arranged between the connecting pieces and formworks so as to prevent the formworks from making rigid contact with the connecting pieces. The invention aims to provide the three-section opposite-pulling device, the formwork assembly and the sewage treatment pool construction method in order to solve the problem that the formworks are easily damaged due to rigid contact between nuts and the formworks in the current three-section opposite-pulling device.
