The method comprises the steps that a floor support plate area is divided into a plurality of plate areas according to the position condition of a reinforcing belt or a post-cast strip; measuring point positions are determined, and multi-point-position measuring elevations are obtained; control elevations are determined; and obtained data of the control elevations are input into a laser transmitter, laser data information is received through a small laser leveling machine, and concrete terrace laser leveling is conducted; and polishing and light receiving are conducted. According to the one-time forming structure terrace flatness control method, the construction operation efficiency can be improved, the terrace construction quality and flatness requirements are ensured, and the construction period is guaranteed.
