The multi-layer parking device comprises supporting legs, wherein supporting frames are fixedly connected to the end portions of the two ends of the top of each supporting leg, the supporting legs are rectangular, and a transmission assembly is rotatably connected to the center of the top of each supporting leg; the supporting frames are slidably connected with the transmission assemblies, triangular frames are rotatably connected to the transmission assemblies, first rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the top corners of the tops of the triangular frames, and connecting rods are fixedly connected to the first rotating shafts; the first rotating shafts are located at the centers of the tops of the connecting rods, bearing seats are fixed to the bottoms of the two sides of each connecting rod, connecting plates are rotatably connected to the bearing seats through bearings, and the connecting plates are connected into inner rings of the bearings in a sleeved mode through connecting pieces located on the two sides of the connecting plates; and outer rings of the bearings are connected into the bearing seats in a sleeved mode, and wheel grooves are formed in the two sides of each connecting plate.
