The invention discloses an anti-falling device of mechanical parking equipment. The anti-falling device comprises mounting columns and a vehicle carrying plate, wherein the four mounting columns are mounted on the ground; hydraulic cylinders are fixedly mounted on the mounting columns; first sliding grooves are formed in the mounting columns; pulleys are rotationally mounted on two sides of the tops of the mounting columns; and steel wire ropes are fixedly mounted on piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders. According to the anti-falling device, when the steel wire ropes are broken, the vehicle carrying plate moves downwards under the action of gravity, a tension sensor senses the tension change of the steel wire ropes and transmits a signal to a central processing unit, the central processing unit starts the cylinders to drive the piston rods to extend out, a second mounting seat is driven to move upwards, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod are driven to rotate at the intersection, then limiting blocks are driven to move outwards to be propped against the inner surface walls of the first sliding grooves, the vehicle carrying plate is fixed through friction force between the limiting blocks and the first sliding grooves, the condition that a vehicle is damaged due to the fact that the vehicle carrying plate falls off due to breakage of the steel wire ropes is avoided, and the use safety of the device is improved.
本发明公开了一种机械式停车设备防坠落装置,包括安装柱和载车板,四个所述安装柱安装在地面上,所述安装柱上固定安装有液压缸,所述安装柱内开设有第一滑动槽,所述安装柱顶部两侧转动安装有滑轮,所述液压缸的活塞杆上固定安装有钢丝绳。本发明中,钢丝绳断裂,载车板受重力向下运动,拉力传感器感受到钢丝绳拉力变化将信号传递至中央处理器,中央处理器启动气缸驱动活塞杆伸出,驱动第二安装座向上运动,驱动第一连杆和第二连杆在交叉处转动,进而驱动限位块向外运动抵触第一滑动槽内表壁,通过限位块与第一滑动槽之间的摩擦力将载车板固定住,避免载车板因为钢丝绳断裂而出现坠落事故导致车辆受损,提高了装置使用的安全性。
