The two channels are respectively arranged in the middles of the groove bottoms of the two first mounting grooves. The two adjusting grooves penetrate through the housing from the side walls of the two first mounting grooves in the radial direction. The two rotating seats are respectively arranged in the two first mounting grooves, and each rotating seat comprises a column body. The two first pipe columns can be inserted into the two connecting pipes respectively.
