The invention relates to nano-plasticized self-compacting anti-crack concrete, which is prepared by mixing 130 to 155 parts of cement, 80 to 120 parts of calcium sulfate powder, 300 to 350 parts of sand, 300 to 370 parts of stone, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 10 to 50 parts of silicon powder, 10 to 25 parts of a self-compacting material, 0.8 to 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of a defoaming agent and 100 to 200 parts of water. The concrete has the advantages of high self-sealing performance, high setting and hardening speed, high early strength, convenience and quickness in construction, high later compressive strength, low possibility of cracking and crack generation, and excellent working performance and durability.
本发明涉及一种纳米塑化自密抗裂混凝土由水泥130‑155份、硫酸钙粉80‑120份、沙子300‑350份、石子300‑370份、粉煤灰30‑50份,硅粉10‑50份,自密材料10‑25份、减水剂0.8‑2份、消泡剂0.5‑2份和水100‑200份混合而成,本发明通过合理配方和制备方法使得混凝土不仅流动性好,自密性能强,凝结硬化速度快、早期强度高、施工方便快捷,而且后期抗压强度高,同时不易发生开裂、产生裂缝,具有优良的工作性能以及耐久性。
