Anti-skid and anti-fouling method in polished tile preparation process
An anti-skid and anti-fouling method in the polished tile preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, polishing a ceramic tile to 40-50 degrees; s2, cleaning the polished brick surface with a cleaning solution, and then washing the brick surface with water; s3, processing anti-skid wax water to the brick surface and into the capillary holes on the brick surface by using a polishing machine; and selectively performing any one or a combination of the step S4 and the step S5 after the step S3 as follows: s4, polishing an antifouling agent A on the brick surface by using the polishing machine; and S5, applying an anti-fouling agent B on the brick surface by using a waxing machine, wherein the anti-fouling agent B is a silicon fluoride anti-fouling liquid. The glossiness of the prepared ceramic tile is greater than or equal to 91 degrees, the friction coefficients are 0.75 (dry method) and 0.65 (wet method), and the antifouling capability is grade five; and compared with an existing common anti-slip brick, the glossiness of the anti-slip brick is close to that of the existing common brick which is not subjected to anti-slip and anti-fouling treatment, and the anti-slip brick has a good mirror surface effect and excellent anti-slip and anti-fouling capabilities.
一种抛光砖制备过程中的防滑防污方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将瓷砖进行抛光加工,抛光至40‑50度;S2、采用清洗液将抛光后的砖面进行清洗,然后用水冲洗砖面;S3、使用抛光机把防滑蜡水加工至砖面及打进砖面的毛细孔内;所述步骤S3后可选择地进行步骤S4和步骤S5中的任意一个或组合的步骤;S4、用抛光机把防污剂A打在砖面上;S5、用打蜡机把防污剂B打在砖面上,防污剂B是氟化硅类防污液。本发明制备的瓷砖,其光泽度大于等于91度,摩擦系数为0.75(干法)和0.65(湿法),防污能力为五级;对比现有的普通防滑砖,其光泽度接近现今普通未经防滑防污处理的砖,具有很好的镜面效果,具有优异的防滑能力和防污能力。
