The waste plastic modified concrete is prepared from the following raw materials of, by weight, 220-230 parts of cement, 65-75 parts of coal ash, 70-80 parts of mineral powder, 710-730 parts of fine sand, 980-990 parts of gravel, 6-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 150-160 parts of water and 100-120 parts of modified waste plastic particles. The modified waste plastic particles are obtained by coating the surfaces of waste plastic particles with curing slurry and curing the curing slurry, and the curing slurry is prepared from the following raw materials of, by weight, 40-45 parts of cement, 1-1.5 parts of a cement accelerator and 25-35 parts of water. The underground continuous wall construction method has the advantage that the anti-permeability performance and the compressive strength of the underground continuous wall are improved.
