The structure has the advantages that an integral column-free mode is adopted, the building space of a rail transit station project is released, equipment rooms are flexibly arranged, and passenger space experience is excellent; the bottom plate prefabricated part and the top plate prefabricated part are of longitudinal cavity structures, municipal pipelines and other equipment pipelines can be laid, the bottom plate prefabricated part and the top plate prefabricated part can also be used as ventilation air conditioner air pipes, underground space occupied by the equipment pipelines is reduced, and the cavities meet daily later operation and maintenance requirements; the rigidity and force transmission requirements of an assembly type joint are met; and a middle plate prefabricated part is in a prefabricated integral assembly type, and a rail top air duct prefabricated part is in clamping groove type assembly connection.
