The reinforced concrete wall body comprises a reinforced concrete wall column and an energy dissipation damper, wherein at least one intelligent cracking body is formed in the reinforced concrete wall column; the intelligent cracking body separates the reinforced concrete wall column partially; the energy dissipation damper comprises a cracking plate and energy dissipation ribs; the cracking plate is arranged in the intelligent cracking body and is parallel in the height direction of the reinforced concrete wall column; at least one row of energy dissipation ribs are arranged in the thickness direction of reinforced concrete; each row comprises a plurality of energy dissipation ribs arranged in the height direction of the reinforced concrete; the energy dissipation ribs vertically penetrates through the cracking plate; the two ends of each energy dissipation rib are embedded in the reinforced concrete wall column; and the middle section of each energy dissipation rib is set as an unbonded section; and the intelligent cracking body is filled with crack covering concrete. According to the structure, the wall body can be an overall stress wall under the action of a small earthquake, the wall body is intelligently cracked under a large earthquake and is a damper energy dissipation and seismic mitigation wall body, and therefore the reinforced concrete wall body has the good stress performance in the normal use stage and under the action of the earthquake.
