The rotary handle comprises a door handle, a connecting block, a base and a fixed seat, wherein a stop groove is formed in the fixed seat; the fixed seat and the base are fixedly installed on a door plate; the fixed seat and the base are arranged adjacently; a mounting column is arranged on the base; the connecting block is rotationally installed on the mounting column; two mounting rings are oppositely arranged at the top of the connecting block; mounting holes are formed in the two mounting rings; a mounting protrusion is arranged at the bottom of the door handle; a through hole is formed in the mounting protrusion; the mounting protrusion is movably connected with the two mounting holes through bolts; the two mounting holes are respectively arranged corresponding to the two ends of the through hole; a fixing block is arranged on the side face of the connecting block in an extending mode; and the rotating path of the fixing block penetrates through the stop groove. Through the arrangement, when a certain part of the rotary handle is damaged, a user only needs to disassemble the part for replacement, then the part can continue to be used, replacement is easy, and replacement does not need to be carried out by a specially-assigned person.
