The lower end of the supporting frame is connected with the water storage tank, a filter screen is installed on the supporting frame, a drainage plate is arranged in the supporting frame, and drainage holes are formed in the side wall of the supporting frame. Two through holes are formed in the supporting frame, the supporting frame is arranged on two solar panel main bodies in a sleeving mode through the two through holes, and the driving assembly is used for driving the solar panel main bodies to move in the through holes. The two cleaning assemblies are respectively used for cleaning the working surfaces of the two solar panel main bodies. Each cleaning assembly comprises two rolling brushes, a scraper and a water spraying part, wherein the rolling brushes are rotationally connected to the outer wall of the supporting frame and located on the two sides of the supporting frame in the moving direction of the solar panel bodies respectively, the scraper is connected to the inner wall of the supporting frame, the water spraying part comprises a water pipe fixedly connected to the inner wall of the supporting frame, and a plurality of sprayers are distributed on the water pipe. The water pump is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the supporting frame. The water pipe penetrates through the drainage plate and communicates with the output end of the water pump.
