Method for preparing ZrO2-SiO2 binary mixed sol coating by adopting sol-gel method
The invention discloses a method for preparing a ZrO2-SiO2 binary mixed sol coating by adopting a sol-gel method, and belongs to the technical field of advanced antioxidant coating materials. The method comprises the steps of: fully mixing the prepared ZrO2 sol and SiO2 sol according to different molar ratios, and immersing a C/C composite material sample in the ZrO2 and SiO2 mixed sol under normal pressure; and drying and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment to prepare the high-purity mixed sol coating. The coating can uniformly and compactly cover the C/C composite material, and the oxidation resistance of the C/C composite material is improved. The SiO2 used in the invention is in a liquid state at a high temperature, has good fluidity and wettability, and can effectively fill up the defects of micropores and the like on the surface of the C/C composite material, thereby avoiding direct contact between O2 and the C/C composite material. Due to the fact that the C/C composite material has structures such as holes and the like, the silicon-zirconium mixed sol can enter the C/C composite material through the holes, and therefore the C/C composite material coating with good oxidation resistance is obtained through the structural design mode.
一种采用溶胶‑凝胶法制备ZrO2‑SiO2二元混合溶胶涂层的方法,属于先进的抗氧化涂层材料技术领域。将制备的ZrO2溶胶和SiO2溶胶按不同摩尔比充分混合,将C/C复合材料试样常压浸渍于ZrO2和SiO2混合溶胶中。随后经过干燥和高温热处理工序,制得高纯度混合溶胶涂层。该涂层能较为均匀致密地覆盖C/C复合材料,提高C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能。本发明使用的SiO2在高温下呈液态,具有良好的流动性与浸润性,可以有效填补C/C复合材料表面微孔等缺陷,从而避免O2直接与C/C复合材料接触。由于C/C复合材料存在孔洞等结构,使得硅锆混合溶胶能通过这些孔洞进入C/C复合材料内部,为此,本发明通过这种结构设计的方式,得到了具有良好抗氧化性能的C/C复合材料涂层。
