The invention provides a preparation method of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing a small monomer, a water-soluble RAFT reagent and water to obtain a small monomer system; mixing a macromonomer, water and a TiO2 photocatalyst to obtain a macromonomer system; under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, mixing the large monomer system with the small monomer system, and carrying out RAFT reaction to obtain an RAFT reaction product; and sequentially cooling the RAFT reaction product and adjusting the pH value to 6-8 to obtain the polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The polycarboxylic acid water reducer prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is controllable in molecular weight and low in molecular weight polydispersity index.
本发明提供了一种聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法,涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域。本发明提供的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将小单体、水溶性RAFT试剂和水混合,得到小单体体系;将大单体、水和TiO2光催化剂混合,得到大单体体系;在紫外光照射下,将所述大单体体系与所述小单体体系混合,进行RAFT反应,得到RAFT反应产物;将所述RAFT反应产物依次进行冷却和调节pH值至6~8后,得到聚羧酸系减水剂。本发明提供的制备方法制得的聚羧酸系减水剂分子量可控、分子量多分散指数低。
