The invention discloses a multidirectional pseudo-static test device for an upper structure and pile foundation composite force bearing body. The multidirectional pseudo-static test device comprises a test model, a force application device and a static force direction adjusting device, wherein the test model is used for simulating the upper structure and pile foundation composite force bearing body, the force application device is used for loading acting force to the test model, and the static force direction adjusting device is used for adjusting the included angle between the reference base plane of the test model and the acting force direction of the force application device; the test model comprises a geotechnical box, a pile is arranged in the geotechnical box, a bearing platform is arranged on the pile, and an upper structure fixedly connected with the bearing platform is arranged on the bearing platform. The force application device comprises a horizontal actuator; the static force direction adjusting device comprises a horizontal rotary table; and the horizontal actuator applies horizontal force to the upper structure, and the force application device or the geotechnical box is arranged on the horizontal rotary table. The multidirectional pseudo-static test device can achieve multidirectional pseudo-static tests to better simulate the actual force bearing condition.
