The novel regenerated wood-plastic plate comprises a main body, wherein an arc surface edge is fixedly connected to the upper portion of one side of the main body, a buckling plate is fixedly connected to the lower portion of one side of the main body and located below the arc edge, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the other side of the main body, an arc groove is formed in the portion, located above the fixing plate, of one side of the main body, and counter bores are formed in the upper end face of the fixing plate at equal intervals. The novel regenerated wood-plastic plate and the manufacturing process thereof is characteristic by comprising a production process and a recovery process. By arranging the arc surface edge, the arc groove, the buckling plate and a clamping groove, the mounting speed of the wood-plastic plate is high, a traditional granulation step is omitted, and the wood-plastic plate is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
