Formwork supporting system and building method thereof
The invention discloses a formwork supporting system and a building method thereof. The supporting system comprises a scaffold and a plane supporting unit. The plane supporting unit comprises main beams and chucks, wherein each main beam comprises a beam body, clamping heads and clamping bases; the clamping heads are arranged at the two ends of the beam body respectively, the clamping bases are arranged in the middle of the beam body, the main beams are arranged longitudinally and transversely, and the two ends of the main beams are connected with the chucks or the clamping bases through the clamping heads in a clamped mode; and the plane supporting unit is coaxially arranged on a screw of a top support of the scaffold in a sleeving mode through the chucks of the plane supporting unit. When the formwork supporting system is put into use, the chucks arranged on the top support of the scaffold in the sleeving mode are adjusted to the corresponding positions through hand plate nuts, the beam bodies are connected with the chucks through the clamping heads to form supporting, the main beams are clamped with the clamping bases of other main beams through the clamping heads to form a supporting beam set, and therefore beams or plate structures are supported. The positions and the number of the clamping bases can be flexibly adjusted to support cross beams of different heights or the same height, and investment of various materials is reduced.
本发明公开了一种模板支撑体系及其搭建方法,支撑体系包括脚手架和平面支撑单元;平面支撑单元包括主梁和卡盘,主梁包括梁主体、卡接头和卡座,卡接头分设于梁主体两端,卡座设置于梁主体中部,主梁呈纵、横布置,两端通过卡接头与卡盘或卡座卡接;平面支撑单元以其卡盘同轴套于脚手架顶托的螺杆上。投入使用时,先将套于脚手架的顶托上的卡盘通过手板螺母调整到相应位置,再将梁主体通过卡接头与卡盘连接形成支撑,再将主梁通过卡接头与其它主梁的卡座卡紧,形成支撑梁组,从而对梁或板类结构进行支撑。并可灵活调整卡座的位置与数量来实现不同或者相同高度交叉梁的支撑,减少各种材料投入。
