The invention provides a film laminating machine for cast-in-place concrete wall maintenance. The machine comprises a base frame, a working frame, and universal wheels; a working frame is fixed at the top of the base frame; the universal wheels are symmetrically fixed at the bottom of the base frame; the inner wall of the working frame is rotationally connected with a film laminating and top attaching mechanism through a bearing; the film laminating and top attaching mechanism is used for covering a wall face with a curing film and enabling the upper end of the curing film to be tightly attached to the upper end of the wall face; the lower end of the inner wall of the working frame is fixedly provided with a flattening and slitting mechanism which enables the curing film to be flattened to be tightly attached to a wall root and conducts slitting on the curing film; one side of the working frame is rotationally connected with a gluing mechanism used for gluing the upper end and the lower end of the wall face through a bearing; and the film laminating and top attaching mechanism comprises a screw rod, a first motor, a threaded sleeve, a mounting plate, a sliding column, a film support, a first spring and a first rotating shaft. According to the film laminating machine for cast-in-place concrete wall maintenance, the film-covering maintenance work of the cast-in-place concrete wall face after form removal can be effectively completed, and the film-covering efficiency of the cast-in-place concrete wall face is greatly improved.
