Non-support underground excavation incremental launching construction method for rectangular large-section comprehensive pipe gallery
The invention discloses a non-support incremental launching construction method for a rectangular large-section underground excavation pipe gallery. A pipe gallery main body of an incremental launching section is cast in situ in a prefabricated foundation pit. Meanwhile, a pushing and supporting rear wall is constructed through the prefabricated parts. Positioning of the incremental launching construction pipe gallery is conducted, and pipe gallery elevation measuring points are arranged. A steel blade structure is installed at the front end of the pipe gallery body. A jack and jacking equipment in the incremental launching construction process are installed. The pipe gallery body is pushed from the two sides to the center line at the same time. When the steel blade structure is partially embedded into the soil body, the soil body within the wrapping range of the steel blade structure is excavated, and jacking is conducted continuously. An upper road surface in the jacking process is tunneled. When the jacking steel blade structures on the two sides make contact with each other, the steel blade structures are gradually dismantled, and jacking continues till the pipe galleries on the two sides are in butt joint. A butt joint waterproof structure is mounted. The adverse effect of pipe gallery laying on existing traffic and resident life in the existing open excavation technology is avoided. The pipe jacking underground excavation method is only suitable for a small-section pipe gallery. A supporting underground excavation method is long in construction period and high in supporting cost.
本发明公开一种矩形大断面暗挖管廊无支护顶推施工方法,在预制基坑内现浇顶推段管廊主体;同时利用预制构件构筑顶推支撑后壁;进行所述顶推施工管廊的定位,布置管廊标高测点;在管廊主体前端安装钢刃结构;对所述顶推施工过程中的千斤顶及顶进设备进行安装;将管廊主体从两侧同时向中线顶推;待钢刃结构部分嵌入到土体时,对钢刃结构包裹范围内的土体进行开挖,持续顶进;顶进过程中监测上方路面;待两侧顶进钢刃结构互相接触时,逐步拆除钢刃结构,继续顶推直至两侧管廊对接;安装对接缝防水结构;以解决现有明挖技术因管廊铺设对已有交通、居民生活的不利影响;顶管暗挖工法只适用于小断面管廊;支护暗挖工法施工工期长,支护费用高的问题。
