The invention provides a preparation process for a zinc-steel guardrail. The preparation process for the zinc-steel guardrail comprises the following following steps: step 1, base material preparation: the appearance size and the thickness of a selected zinc-steel profile, and the quality, the thickness and the adhesive force of a zinc coating are inspected; step 2, base material oil immersion: a derusted zinc-steel base material is put into a container containing anti-rust oil to be immersed for 35 minutes, and an oil temperature is controlled to be 21 DEG C; step 3, cutting: the zinc-steel base material subjected to the oil immersion treatment is cut into fragment zinc steel needed by the guardrail through a disc cutting machine; step 4, punching; step 5, base material degreasing; step 6, base material phosphating; step 7, washing; step 8, drying; step 9, paint spraying: an inorganic phosphate zinc-rich paint is sprayed to the dried workpiece by adopting conventional spraying; step 10, curing; step 11, packaging and conveying; and step 12, zinc-steel guardrail assembling. The zinc-steel guardrail prepared through the process has the advantages of being high in strength, high in hardness, resistant to oxidation, resistant to temperature, high in corrosion resistance and convenient to assemble.
