After slag is smashed, heavy metal powder is screened out through an eddy current sorting machine, and then heavy metal can be effectively adsorbed through a molecular sieve curing agent; and under the action of water and an alkali activator, the curing agent can effectively adhere to and fix the heavy metal powder, and then cured heavy metal can be obtained through curing. Only a very small amount of metal is leached after the heavy metal fixed by the curing method is placed for one year.
