The invention discloses a hole-free type rack rail railway fastener. The fastener comprises baffles symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a rack rail, wherein the baffles are detachably installed on a sleeper, and the side faces, facing the rack rail, of the baffles are fixedly provided with rubber elastomers abutting against the side faces of the rack rail. The non-hole type rack rail railway fastener overcomes defects of an existing rack rail fastener and has advantages of being large in longitudinal resistance, good in longitudinal elasticity and high in insulation performance, and the rack rail does not need to be punched.
