The invention discloses a pouring and mounting method of a comprehensive pipe gallery. The pouring and mounting method comprises the following steps that a prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery base is mounted in place, and end formworks are arranged; a supporting frame capable of walking is arranged on the comprehensive pipe gallery base, side formworks driven by horizontal telescopic oil cylinders are mounted on the two sides of the supporting frame correspondingly, and a top formwork driven by a vertical telescopic oil cylinder is mounted at the top of the supporting frame; haunch angle formworks are fixedly mounted in gaps between the side formworks and the top formwork to form an integral inner formwork; outer side formwork supporting frames capable of walking are arranged on the two sides of the comprehensive pipe gallery base correspondingly, outer side formworks are fixedly arranged on the outer side formwork supporting frames, and a plurality of wall penetrating bolts are arranged between the outer side formworks and the side formworks at intervals to be connected into a whole; and concrete grout is poured into the integral formworks to form the comprehensive pipe gallery. The pouring and mounting method has the advantages that the adopted supporting frame achieves supporting and demolding of the side formworks and the top formwork through the telescopic oil cylinders, and a complex supporting stress system adopted in the past is avoided.
