The invention discloses an anti-seepage structure for a recoverable unit of a rigid hazardous waste landfill. The anti-seepage structure comprises a vertical face anti-seepage structure and a bottom anti-seepage structure, wherein the vertical face anti-seepage structure comprises a vertical face reinforced concrete layer, a first HDPE geomembrane layer and a first protective layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the bottom anti-seepage structure comprises a reinforced concrete bottom plate layer, a second protection layer, a second HDPE geomembrane layer, a third protection layer and a leachate flow guide layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the bottom of the first HDPE geomembrane layer is connected to the second HDPE geomembrane layer, and the bottom of the first protective layer and the third protection layer are of an integrated structure. According to the anti-seepage mechanism for recoverable unit of the rigid hazardous waste landfill, the resistance of the geotextile protection layer to the acid and alkali of the landfill is effectively enhanced, the use function of the landfill is continued, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the environmental protection and safety problems caused by the leakage of a high-pollution medium are avoided.
