The invention relates to a solar water production device in an arid region. The solar water production device mainly comprises a solar heat collection plate, an electricity storage device, a compressor, a heat storage tank, a condenser, a parallel double-throttling device, an evaporator and a water storage tank. Refrigerants correspondingly flow through a hollow throttling device and a deep throttling device after being condensed by a condenser, the refrigerants with different temperatures are correspondingly subjected to temperature-zone-divided heat exchange with high-temperature air in the arid region in the evaporator, and water vapor in the air is condensed into water drops; then condensate water obtained through the evaporator is collected by the water storage tank and is sealed in a one-way mode through a funnel arranged in the water storage tank, and therefore the purpose of storing water for a long time is achieved; and a heat storage box in the water production device can recycle high-temperature condensation heat in a refrigerating system, and therefore water production in air and heat taking at night in the arid region where water resources are extremely deficient are achieved. According to the solar water production device in the arid region, irreversible loss of heat exchange can be effectively reduced, high-temperature condensation heat can be recovered, high-efficiency water production and storage can be realized, and the purpose of saving energy can be achieved.
