The combined fixing device comprises a cable supporting structure, a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly, wherein the cable supporting structure comprises a main cable, a shaping cable and an annular cable used for being connected with a membrane structure, the main cable and the shaping cable are arranged at intervals in the same direction, and the annular cable is located on the other side, opposite to the main cable, of the shaping cable; the first fixing assembly comprises a base and a cover plate covering the base, an annular hole allowing the annular cable to be wound and a channel allowing the membrane structure to penetrate out are formed between the base and the cover plate, and the channel is arranged on the periphery of the annular hole in a surrounding mode and communicates with the annular hole; and the second fixing assembly comprises a first clamping seat allowing the main cable to penetrate through and be fixed, a second clamping seat allowing the shaping cable to penetrate through and be fixed and a connecting piece fixed between the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat, and the second clamping seat is detachably connected to the base. According to the cable-membrane structure combined fixing device and fixing method, the cable supporting structure is adopted as a supporting framework of the membrane structure, the arrangement shape of the membrane structure can be better adapted, the cable supporting structure and the membrane structure can be independently fixed, and installation is easy and convenient.
