The invention provides a construction method of a necking type floor support plate-concrete composite floor slab. The construction method comprises the steps that (1), floor support plate design, arrangement, machining and manufacturing are conducted; (2), safety checking calculation is conducted in the floor support plate construction stage; (3), temporary support design is conducted; (4), floor support plate hoisting and transporting are conducted; (5), temporary support erection is constructed; (6), floor support plate mounting is conducted; (7), stud welding is conducted; (8), steel bar binding and mounting reserved pre-burying are conducted; (9), acceptance inspection is conducted; (10), concrete pouring and curing are conducted; (11), ion cutting is conducted on a reserved hole; and (12), a suspension hanging piece is mounted. According to the construction method, the temporary support problem of the floor support plate with the composite floor slab support span being larger than 3 meters is successfully solved, a series of construction technologies such as cutting of a support system of the support composite plate, the suspension hanging piece and the reserved hole are improved and innovated, thus a new construction method is formed, the construction method is successfully applied in a project, and the effect is good.
