The invention discloses a positioning device for a reinforcement cage and a latticed column. The positioning device comprises a supporting plate, a stranding mechanism, a threaded shaft, a transmission shaft, a supporting seat, a connecting motor, a limiting shell, a protective barrel, a limiting motor, a supporting shaft, a winding roller, a transmission gear, a fixed gear, a supporting gear and a limiting guide rod. During wire stranding, a user can start a limiting motor, the limiting motor can drive a supporting gear to rotate quickly, the upper portion of the supporting gear can drive a wire stranding mechanism to rotate through a gear disc, and therefore when six sets of guide plates in the wire stranding mechanism rotate, multiple sets of cables can be stranded into one cable. Meanwhile, the side portion of the supporting gear can drive a limiting guide rod to rotate, then the limiting guide rod can drive a transmission shaft to rotate, the transmission shaft can drive a transmission gear to rotate through a fixed gear, and then the transmission gear can drive a winding roller to rapidly wind a twisted cable.
