The invention relates to the field of screen windows, and particularly relates to a filter screen window. The filter screen window comprises a screen window outer frame, a screen window inner frame and a filter screen arranged between the screen window outer frame and the screen window inner frame, wherein mounting grooves are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the screen window outer frame correspondingly; a mounting opening used for mounting the screen window inner frame is formed in the position, close to the indoor side, of the screen window outer frame; a protruding ring is arranged in the mounting opening; a groove ring matched with the protruding ring is arranged on one side of the screen window inner frame; and the filter screen is connected to the protruding ring of the screen window outer frame in a buckled mode through the groove ring by means of the screen window inner frame. The filter screen window is novel in structure, and a screen net is convenient to replace; in addition, dust, bacteria and outdoor PM2.5 are effectively blocked; strong air flowing is reduced, and the indoor air temperature can be protected; and the quality of air flowing from the outside of a room to the inside of the room is improved.
