A top carrier plate of the base is provided with a slope surface, the carrier plate and the base are formed at a time through a lower mold, the depth of a groove of the carrier plate is 160mm, and sewage can conveniently enter a desilting channel; the base carrier plate is of a self-cleaning structure, so that a sewage mixture can be quickly discharged; and the manufactured base is high in strength and good in adaptability, air enters an air inlet hole to push a piston rod to extend outwards to drive an upper caliper and a lower caliper to horizontally move inwards and wrap a clamping table, liquid introduced into a liquid main pipe flows into sealing grooves of the upper caliper and the lower caliper, the upper caliper and the lower caliper are pushed outwards or inwards to move outwards or inwards, and the base is used for clamping or loosening the clamping table.
