The invention belongs to the technical field of waste treatment, and particularly relates to an industrial solid waste treatment method which comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing raw materials: respectively crushing waste gypsum and coal to obtain waste gypsum particles and crushed coal; step 2, drying the raw materials: drying the waste gypsum particles to remove moisture in the waste gypsum particles; step 3, mixing and roasting: mixing the crushed coal and the water-removed waste gypsum particles, and roasting to obtain a mixed product; and step 4, leaching replacement: adding water into the mixed product for stirring, and then introducing hydrogen sulfide gas for leaching; after the reaction is finished, settling and separating out supernatant liquid; and introducing carbon dioxide into the supernatant for replacement to obtain hydrogen sulfide, wherein the step 2 is completed by matching with an industrial solid waste treatment device. In the heating and drying process of the crushed waste gypsum particles, water vapor is prevented from being condensed into small water drops, and the drying effect is improved.
本发明属于废物处理技术领域,具体涉及一种工业固体废物的处理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、原料破碎:对废石膏和煤分别进行破碎,得到废石膏碎粒和碎煤;步骤二、原料干燥:对废石膏碎粒进行干燥,去除其中水分;步骤三、混合焙烧:将碎煤和去除水分的废石膏碎粒混合后焙烧得到混合产物;步骤四、浸取置换:向混合产物中加水搅拌,然后通入硫化氢气体进行浸取;反应结束后沉降分离出上层清液。向上层清液中通入二氧化碳进行置换得到硫化氢即可;其中,步骤二采用一种工业固体废物处理装置配合完成。本发明对破碎后的废石膏碎粒进行加热干燥过程中,避免了水蒸气冷凝成小水珠,提高了干燥的效果。
