High-aluminum self-flowing castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-aluminum self-flowing castable which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 62-66wt% of waste medium aluminum ball particle aggregate, 16-24 wt% of waste medium aluminum ball fine powder, 2-5 wt% of kyanite fine powder, and 8-13 wt% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, and further comprises, on the basis that the total amount of the above components is 100%, 0.5-1.0 wt% of an externally added dispersing agent, 0.3-0.5 wt% of an externally added curing agent, and 10-12wt% of externally added silica sol. Waste medium aluminum ball particles are used as aggregate, and waste medium aluminum ball fine powder, kyanite fine powder and alpha-Al2O3 micro powder are used as matrix materials, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the dispersing agent and the curing agent into the matrix material, uniformly conducting mixing, adding the aggregate into the uniformly mixed matrix material, adding the silica sol, and uniformly conducting mixing to obtain the self-flowing castable. The method has the characteristics of low cost, simple process, energy conservation and environmental protection. The prepared high-aluminum self-flowing castable with the excellent flowing property is good in flowing property, compactness and volume stability, high in normal-temperature strength and excellent in thermal shock resistance.
本发明公开了一种高铝自流浇注料,其组成按质量百分数计如下:废中铝球颗粒骨料62~66wt%;废中铝球细粉16~24wt%;蓝晶石细粉2~5wt%;α‑Al2O3微粉8~13wt%;以上成分的总量按100%计算;外加分散剂0.5~1.0wt%;外加固化剂0.3wt%~0.5wt%;外加硅溶胶10~12wt%。以废中铝球颗粒为骨料,以废中铝球细粉、蓝晶石细粉和α‑Al2O3微粉为基质料;先将分散剂、固化剂加入基质料中混匀,再将骨料加入混匀的基质料中,加入硅溶胶混合均匀,得到自流浇注料。本发明具有成本低廉、工艺简单、节能环保的特点;所制备的流动性能优异的高铝自流浇注料流动性能好、致密性好、体积稳定性好、常温强度高、抗热震性能优异。
