Inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin in the coating is porous after being smeared on a cement matrix; the mass percentage of the inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin is controlled to be 25-30%, so that the inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin can form a uniform porous structure on the matrix, the cohesiveness of the inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin on the cement matrix is ensured, and the adsorption and decomposition of the inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin for formaldehyde are ensured; and meanwhile, by using a nano formaldehyde removing powder, the formaldehyde adsorption and decomposition effects of the inorganic formaldehyde-removing resin are further promoted. The data of the embodiment shows that: the formaldehyde removing rate of the inorganic formaldehyde-removing coating provided by the invention is 99.9%, and the formaldehyde purification effect durability is 98.7%.
本发明提供了一种无机除醛涂料及其应用,属于涂料技术领域,本发明涂料中的无机除醛树脂涂抹到水泥基体上之后,呈多孔状;将无机除醛树脂的质量百分含量控制为25~30%,既能保证无机除醛树脂在基体上形成均匀的多孔结构,又能保证无机除醛树脂在水泥基体上粘结性,保证了无机除醛树脂对甲醛的吸附和分解;同时,纳米除甲醛粉的使用,进一步促进了无机除醛树脂吸附和分解甲醛的作用。实施例的数据表明,本发明提供的无机除醛涂料的甲醛去除率为99.9%,对甲醛净化效果持久性为98.7%。
