The invention relates to an assembly type all-direction same-frequency steel rail damping vibration absorber which comprises a shell, wherein the shell is installed on rail webs on the two sides of a steel rail and matched with the surface shape of the rail webs of the steel rail, the outer side face of the shell is flush with the rail bottom of the steel rail, an installation space is defined in the shell, the two ends of the shell are open, and the two ends of the shell are detachably connected with end covers; two elastic bodies which are cylindrical, wherein the axes of the elastic bodies are parallel to the length direction of the steel rail, and one end of each elastic body is detachably arranged on the inner side wall of the corresponding end cover; and a mass block which is installed in the installation space, wherein the two ends of the mass block are detachably connected with the other ends of the two elastic bodies in a one-to-one correspondence mode. A gap reserved between the mass block and the shell is larger than or equal to 5 mm. According to the fabricated all-direction same-frequency steel rail damping vibration absorber, the cutting reducing performance of rubber is utilized, so that the rigidity of a steel rail vibration absorber product is reduced; through the assembly type replaceable parts, the resonant frequency is rapidly adjusted, material waste is reduced, the vibration absorbing performance is better, and the application range is wider; and the elastic bodies and the mass block are both located in the shell, so that the service life is prolonged.
