The invention discloses a diamond longitudinal milling machine suitable for a cement pavement. The diamond longitudinal milling machine comprises a control room, a rack, a walking mechanism, a diamond milling device, a leveling system and an auxiliary mechanism; after the surface layer of the cement concrete pavement is longitudinally milled by adopting the technology, longitudinal textures at certain intervals can be formed in the direction parallel to the traveling direction, the width of each groove is usually 2.5 mm-3.5mm, the depth of the groove is 1.5 mm-5.0mm, and the width of a groove wall ranges 3mm to 20mm according to the anti-skid requirement. When the diamond longitudinal milling machine is adopted for construction, the construction speed is high, and the flatness and the anti-skid performance of the old cement pavement can be remarkably improved at the same time; only one lane is occupied during implementation of the technology, and traffic does not need to be completely closed; and the technology can be applied to lanes or road sections needing anti-skid and flatness improvement, and the technology can be repeatedly applied to the same road section without causing serious influence on the bearing capacity of the pavement structure.
